Meet Lisa
Lisa M. Sinclair is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and missionary care provider. Her educational and experiential background in ministry, health, and writing combine and inform her work as an author, speaker/teacher, and consultant.
Lisa is passionate about healing in the Church and about restoring the paths of God’s creation intent. She does that through her consultations, workshops, and seminars. She does it through her graduate courses on sexuality and grief and trauma. She does it through her writing, copywriting and copyediting. Her areas of expertise include sexuality and wholeness, transcultural teams, conflict management, and mental health and trauma.
Her courage, creativity, and yielded brokenness have enabled her to speak into diverse contexts and complicated situations (e.g. in Brazil, Turkey, Nepal, India, Slovenia, DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, and Kenya). She has served as adjunct faculty for Columbia Biblical Seminary and the Wisconsin Center of Christian Study. She serves as a council member at Eastbrook Church and is a facilitator with BrookLink, an organization that serves to equip and empower the global church.
